Cancellation & refunds

Founders Retreat is a 20-spot event on July 13–19, 2026. We reserve villas, coaches, and meals well in advance — so the closer to the event you cancel, the harder it is for us to backfill. Refunds are tiered accordingly.

30+ days before · by June 13, 2026

100% refund (less processor fees)

14–30 days before · June 13–29, 2026

50% refund

Less than 14 days before · after June 29, 2026

Non-refundable

About processor fees

For the 100% tier, we refund the full amount minus what the payment processor keeps: roughly 3.3% on Toss Payments (KRW) and roughly 4.4% on PayPal (USD). These are passed-through, not retained by us.

How to request a refund

Email retreat@fitculator.io with your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the request.

Medical & force majeure

If you have a documented medical emergency (doctor's note), or your departure is blocked by a natural disaster or government travel restriction, write to us. We review these case-by-case and lean toward generosity.

Transferring your spot

Can't make it? You can transfer your reservation to someone else — send their name and email to retreat@fitculator.io at least 7 days before the event. No transfer fee.

Date changes

The retreat runs once, July 13–19, 2026. There are no alternative dates to switch to.

If we cancel

In the unlikely event we cancel the retreat, you get a full refund — including processor fees.

Privacy.

We collect what we need to confirm your booking and get you to Phu Quoc. Nothing more.

What we collect

From the booking form: name, email, where you're based, your stage, what you're building, how you heard about us, optional link, and why you want to come.

For payment: processed by Toss Payments (for KRW) or PayPal via Toss (for USD). We don't store your card details — only the order ID, amount, and confirmation receipt.

How we use it

Confirm your reservation and send arrival logistics.

Match you to a room (for shared-room packages) and accommodate dietary needs.

Understand who's coming so we can program the week well.

Who we share it with

Toss Payments & PayPal — to process your payment.

Slack — our internal team channel receives a notification when you book, so we can welcome you and start logistics.

We don't sell or rent your data. Ever.

How long we keep it

Application form data is retained for 1 year after the event, then deleted. Payment and order records are kept for 5 years to comply with Korean e-commerce law.

Your rights

Email retreat@fitculator.io any time to access, correct, or delete your information. We respond within 5 business days.
